The International Relations Office (IRO) at Benha University is pleased to announce a call for applications for three student mobility opportunities at the University of Huelva (UHU), Spain, under the Erasmus+ KA171 programme for the Spring Semester of the 2026/2027 academic year.

🎓 Mobility Details

• Host university: University of Huelva, Spain

• Mobility duration: 5 months

• Mobility period: February–June/July 2027

💶 Financial Support

The grant is intended to contribute towards living and travel expenses during the mobility period. Students should be prepared to cover their initial accommodation and living costs upon arrival.

📋 Eligibility Requirements

• Applicants must be enrolled at Benha University when applying and throughout the entire mobility period.

• The mobility must not take place in the applicant’s country of residence.

📑 Required Application Documents
Applicants should prepare the following documents:

• Updated curriculum vitae (CV).

• Motivation letter.

• Official proof of current enrolment at Benha University.

• Certificate confirming Spanish and/or English language proficiency.

• Supporting documents concerning disability or disadvantaged socioeconomic circumstances, if applicable.

• Documents demonstrating other relevant skills, qualifications, or professional training, if applicable.

🏆 Selection Criteria
Applications will be assessed according to the following criteria:

• Academic record and relevance of the proposed study programme: 60 points

• Certified language proficiency: 20 points

• Motivation letter: 10 points

• Additional skills, academic interests, and/or vulnerable socioeconomic circumstances: 10 points

📌 Important Information

• Selected students must complete the required Learning Agreement and Grant Agreement.

• Participants must obtain the appropriate visa and comprehensive health insurance.

• Students are responsible for arranging their travel and accommodation.

• Credits earned at the University of Huelva will be transferred to their official studies at Benha University, subject to the approved Learning Agreement and applicable university procedures.
